In June 2009, Altarea Cogedim was awarded one of the first HQE® certifications for a shopping centre by Certivea for Okabe in Kremlin-Bicêtre, to the south of Paris. The development has been deemed to meet "NF Bâtiments Tertiaires - Démarche HQE®" environmental standards for commercial buildings.
